Location: London, UK or Stockholm, SWE (Hybrid – Office presence strongly preferred)
Type: Full-Time
About Us
Since 2014, we’ve been bringing imagination to life through world-class technology and extraordinary talent. As a global studio spanning Scanning, Mocap, VFX and Animation, our employees are part of shaping what’s next.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Production Manager to help drive the planning and execution of high end VFX and CG projects. This is a key operational role that supports show delivery through meticulous scheduling, crewing, and coordination. Working closely with Producers and Coordinators, you’ll ensure that every project runs smoothly- on time, on budget and in sync with both creative and technical objectives.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced production environments and understands how to support teams through clear planning, smart problem-solving, and day-to-day leadership.
What You'll Do
- Create and maintain project master schedules, milestone planning, and delivery timelines in collaboration with the Producer.
- Track and manage the project budget, ensuring day estimates align with show targets and overall financial parameters.
- Partner with the Producer and Central Production Manager to plan crewing needs and recruit talent for the show.
- Assign tasks in collaboration with department leads, balancing team capacity and project requirements.
- Oversee interdepartmental dependencies to maintain efficient workflows across CG/VFX pipelines.
- Coordinate with Producers, Coordinators, and team leads to communicate production goals and status updates.
- Mentor and support Production Coordinators in developing and maintaining detailed task schedules.
- Serve as the central contact point between day-to-day production operations and senior project leadership.
- Lead dailies and review sessions—ensuring notes are accurately captured, priorities are clear, and follow-ups are tracked.
- Assist the Producer with internal progress reports and proactively flag risks, delays, or budgetary concerns.
- Occasionally liaise with clients on scheduling or delivery matters.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in a CG or VFX production environment.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with a supportive and solutions-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in remote/hybrid team settings.
- Sharp attention to detail, plus the ability to adapt quickly to changing production needs.
- Confidence working with project management tools (e.g. Ftrack, ShotGrid) and G-Suite or Microsoft Office tools.
-Solid understanding of CG and/or VFX production pipelines and task dependencies.
- Comfortable collaborating across multiple departments and disciplines.
Would Be Beneficial
- A degree in VFX, Animation, Film Production, or a related field.
- Prior experience mentoring or line-managing junior team members
